Stacie Brown
Stacie Brown is a Richmond native and VCU alum, receiving her B.A. in Music. She is well known in Richmond and surrounding areas for her outstanding vocal talent and passion for music. She has performed regularly in concerts, workshops and studios, as well as operatic and gospel genres. She has taught music privately for over ten years at a performing arts academy as well as on her own. Having taught voice lessons mainly to middle and high school girls, Stacie’s goal is to help girls at OHMS explore the melodies and tunes and find peace within them and themselves. She also strives to instill a sense of music appreciation, while at the same time teaching students about the technical aspects of music. When she isn’t teaching or singing, you can find her spending time with her family and friends, shopping, or trying the newest restaurant in town.
