HOW TO APPLY

Admissions Process

Families may apply at any time throughout the year and at any entrance age between 5th and 8th grade. At Orchard House, we are looking for girls who bring a wealth of experience and backgrounds, and who are excited to learn and grow, rather than looking to create a class of the top 10% of academic achievers. While we assess report cards and standardized test scores as part of the admissions process, it is not the only, or even primary, factor in our admissions decision.

IMPORTANT DATES:

For enrollment in the 2025-2026 school year, application and required steps should be completed by February 14, 2025.

5th Grade decisions are shared on March 6, 2025. Rolling decisions for other grades will be communicated no sooner than February 14. Late applications considered as space permits.

Tuition Assistance applications for new families should be completed by February 7, 2025. Learn more here.
